Customer Data Access
USE OF THE CUSTOMER DATA ACCESS FEATURE OF THIS SITE IS LIMITED TO USERS AUTHORIZED AND LICENSED BY REM.
The customer data access portion of this Site permits only REM customers to access customer data pursuant to the terms and conditions of a separate written information services agreement with REM (“Authorized Users”).
Internet Use
Persons accessing and or using this Site understand and agree that use of or connection to this Site via the Internet provides opportunity of unauthorized access by a third party to proprietary information. All information transmitted and received through the Internet cannot be expected to remain confidential and REM cannot and will not guarantee the privacy, security, authenticity, and non-corruption of any information so transmitted, or stored in any system connected to the Internet.
