REM appoints Mike Ebert as Vice President, Programs
Cranbury, N.J., March 10, 2010 – Risk Enterprise Management Limited (REM), a national provider of property and casualty third-party administration (TPA) services, announced today that Michael (Mike) Ebert will join the Company as Vice President, Programs, effective March 15, 2010. Mr. Ebert will lead REM’s Program segment practice, having responsibility for Program development, sales, analytics and service quality. As a member of REM’s senior team, he will report to Mike Riney, President and CEO.
“Although REM has long supported the Program segment of the insurance business, this appointment marks a major step forward in becoming a leading provider of quality TPA services that are tailored to meet the needs of Program Administrators, MGAs, carriers and their policyholders,” said Riney.
REM director Andy Potash, Chairman of The Distinguished Programs Group, added “Mike brings a great deal of Program expertise to REM, and will be a terrific addition to the company. We look forward to supporting Mike and the REM team in becoming a powerhouse in Program services”
With over 20 years of insurer and producer sales, marketing, account management and service leadership, Mr. Ebert joins REM from PMA Group, where he led corporate development of PMA’s Program segment as Program Development Manager since 1999. Mr. Ebert began his insurance career with Liberty Mutual, following graduation from Penn State Universtity.
