illumin Suite of RMIS Products – System Enhancements Announced
REM is proud to announce the availability of our latest version of the illuminsm suite of risk management information system products. These tools are designed to support you in managing, reporting and analyzing your claim information.
Our goal remains the same, to provide quality Risk Management information by connecting our customers to REM through the Internet. The improvements in this new version provide immediate access to claim information and expand the amount of data we capture and make available to our customers. It gives you access to more of the information that you need to make decisions when and where it is most convenient for you.
Below are some of the highlights included in this new release:
1. Quick Counts is a new feature that provides a quick “snap shot” of your data, on-line with a click of a button. The data can be immediately displayed in graph form. QuickCounts is available to all users of illuminAccess.
2. Adjuster Notes has been made easier by providing the ability to view notes by category. You can now see all of the notes related to one category of activity within the file without having to review the entire file.
3. illuminBeacon, our ad hoc analysis tool will no longer require a Citrix Connection. This makes illuminBeacon available through the same Internet connection that all of our other tools use, without the need for additional software. The illuminBeacon product allows you to create, customize and download information into a variety of reporting formats on-line via the Internet.
4. On-line Help and “Frequently Asked Questions” sections have been added to the system.
