illuminsm Suite of RMIS Products – System Enhancements Announced
REM is proud to announce the availability of our latest version of the illuminsm suite of risk management information system products.
Our goal is always to provide quality risk management information by connecting you to your REM data through the Internet. The improvements included in this great new version of illuminsm provide improved data analysis tools, easier access to your data and more information to facilitate communication with the adjusters handling your claims. Some of the highlights in this new release include:
Single Sign On
We are always looking to make it easier to get to your claims data. That is why we have developed the Single Sign On feature to provide easy access to all of the illuminsm products with one secure logon identification. Access is safe and secure through REM’s internet portal‘s sophisticated system security.
Automatic Financial Notifications
At REM, we understand that we are the stewards of your company’s loss dollars. The faster that your company gets information about the significant financial activities that take place every day, the better prepared it is to manage the financial impact. Your company can now receive daily e-mail notification of financial transactions such as initial reserves, reserve increases, and payments beyond the limits that are specified by your company’s Risk Manager. Your Account Manager will be discussing the details of this feature with your senior risk management team to help your company take advantage of this exciting new feature.
Adjuster Contact
We know that working as a team with your adjuster is critical to successful economic outcomes on every claim. To make communication with the adjusters handing your claims easier, we have now added e-mail addresses and direct phone numbers for the adjuster assigned to each claim.
Quick Summary
This feature makes your review of an individual claim as simple as it can be. Using drill down methodology, you can easily access summaries of any aspect of the electronic claim file: notes, reserves, payments, and the like. All are contained in a simple clickable listing that let’s you get right to the details that you need to access information, answer questions, or make decisions on our recommended course of action. It’s a fast, easy way to get the information that you want, when you need it.
OSHA Reporting
REM now provides Occupational Safety and Health Association (“OSHA”) 300 and 301 reporting capabilities. Our new tool enables your company to capture the data necessary to meet mandatory incident reporting required by OSHA. Because every corporation has distinct requirements in this area, the individual design requirements and costs associated with using the new OSHA reporting module require discussion between specialists from our Systems Applications & Customer Support department and your company’s senior risk management team.
