REM at RIMS 2009
REM’s new identity and redesigned booth made a big splash at the National RIMS Convention at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL last week. Our booth was located at a major “intersection” of the conference floor, received heavy foot traffic, and created quite a buzz with its exciting look and strong messaging. We met with current customers, major prospects, brokers and carriers from around the country, made new contacts, and developed new opportunities. Matt Craig, our SVP of Sales, believes this was one of REM’s best RIMS ever.
According to Matt, “This year’s conference was such a success because we were so prepared. Our booth reflected our new branding initiative and attracted a lot of attention. We also had a pre-conference meeting to make sure that everyone understood and could effectively communicate our message to the outside world. We take claims personally is so fitting because it represents the personal commitment that everyone at REM makes to our customers, and the personal accountability we take to provide superior service. Our showing at RIMS really delivered on that message.”
